I’m vacationing in London this week and paying close attention to the unique characteristics of the “estate” markets in the greater London area as I travel. Above is a picture of the “Victor Lown” Estate Agent and Residential Lettings office in Kew, London. It’s a perfect place to work - so I’m scouting for a PMZ office here. Hey, “think big” as Mike Z says.

pmz-buzz-16.jpgpmz-buzz-17.jpgThis is a beautiful little village just a few blocks from the Royal Botanical Gardens. Most of Kew developed in the late 19th century, following the arrival of the District Line of the Underground, and is characterised by large detached or semi-detached houses. It is a popular (and expensive) residential area because of its transport links and proximity to the gardens. Here are two of the housing flyers in the window today (click to enlarge)

“Letting” is renting and “Letting Agents” are property managers.

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency. it has over 10,000 members both in the UK and overseas.

Enough about work! For those who are curious, here’s a few pics from the gardens (since that’s the other reason I’m here!) Enjoy! -Kelly
