Fifteen Rotarian’s, therapists, and special friends converged on Oaxaca, Mexico for an incredible week of service to provide seating assistance to 280 disabled children and adults who were provided the gift of mobility.
The Bi – Annual (we do this every other year) “Oktoberfest Golf” fund raiser benefits Hope Haven International and all the funds collected from this tournament go directly to providing assistance to the disabled poor. There are no administration fees or salaries, 100% pure charity. Good stuff.
Your gift will assist in allowing us to accomplish the following:
Collections: 3000 wheelchairs are recycled through our Modesto warehouse annually
Refurbishing: Hope Haven International refurbishes up to 10,000 wheelchairs annually (puts all this stuff that would otherwise end up in our land-fills to good use)
Distribution: To date, 75,000 wheelchairs have been distributed in more than 100 countries throughout the developing world
