“Under all is the land.”

When Realtor®’s speak of land being under all they refer to the power of land as an investment and it’s easy to see why.  The land is something we live, build, manage and enjoy our lives upon.  Owning a peice of this precious and finite resource is the American dream.

“Under all is the land.” It’s the first sentence of the preamble to the Realtor®’s Code of Ethics and it’s a statement that is paramount to the financial security of all Americans.

Did you know that over the past year home prices in Stanislaus County have dropped from $317,000 to $190,000?  Did you also know that from month to month, over the past several months, this decrease in home prices has become less and less, an indicator that home prices may be leveling off?  Interest rates are attractive and home prices are at their lowest levels in nearly a decade.
